The Carlyle offers several suites you’ll want to check out when looking for your wedding venue. The Trianon Suite is ideal for a sit-down dinner and dancing, with dining capacity for 150 and a reception capacity of up to 225 people. This modern take on a classic look will set the tone for a wedding full of elegance. Additionally, they offer the Versailles Suite, designed in Art Deco fashion and bathed in natural light. This suite has capacity for 50 seated guests or 70 standing guests at a reception.




At The Pierre, you’ll find amazing, gorgeous rooms to hold your wedding and reception. Their Grand Ballroom, which holds 1,500 standing or 700 seated guests, has an ornate silver and gold bedecked ceiling, gorgeous lighting, a decorative carpet, and elegant tapestries. The Cotillion Room, which fits 500 standing or 350 seated guests, provides a beautiful view of Central Park behind its lovely curtains. The Garden Foyer has capacity for 400 standing or 150 seated guests and presents antique chandeliers and eye-catching murals everyone will love.



The Harmonie Club has the perfect spaces for your wedding. Their Ballroom Suite fits up to 400 guests and has an intricately decorated ceiling, elegantly designed carpet, and tapestries to provide a regal feel. Their Harmonie Room holds a maximum of 250 people and is decorated with a red and gold theme, including the carpet and curtains, with warm mahogany colored pillars and beams. Their Main Dining Room is equally stunning, with its dark oak feel, cozy fireplaces, and gold-adorned ceiling.



If you want a more intimate reception, you may want to consider renting Le Trianon at the Hotel Plaza Athenee, which fits up to 150 guests and has an optional Junior Dining Room which can fit an additional 25. With ceilings replete with tasteful decor and natural light filling the room from its numerous windows, this space will provide the kind of cheerful environment you want to be in to celebrate with your friends and family.



The famous Plaza Hotel has numerous rooms fit for royalty that will take your breath away. Among them is The Grand Ballroom, with high ceilings, ornate columns, buttresses, archways and regal curtains, just to name a few of its refinements. It also features a stunning, one-of-a-kind chandelier and a decorated ceiling. This sizable room can accommodate 500 seated or 1,000 standing guests.

You’ll want to look at their Terrace Room as well, with its bright, high-rise ceilings, elegant archways, and fountain between two sets of stairs leading up to another level. Additionally, the room features a crystal chandelier made to imitate those in the Palace of Versailles. This room fits up to 500 people.

They also have other magnificent spaces for smaller affairs such as the Edwardian Room with its wooden, historic feel and The Palm Court with its natural light and elegant finishings.



This four-story mansion, built in the 1920s, features immaculate and modern-looking wooden floors against pristine white-washed or natural wooden walls and features. You’ll adore their carefully preserved historic fireplaces, arched window doorways and the subtle decoration on each of their ceilings. If you’re looking for history, comfort, elegance for your wedding, this just might be the perfect venue for you.


With spiraling staircases and timeless chandeliers, Harold Pratt House will bring a sense of time past paired with elegant simplicity. You’ll love the natural, wooden panels and the unique historic designs and spaces this venue has to offer. We’re sure your guests will enjoy exploring its many rooms, and the options for how to use and decorate them are endless.



Located in the Metropolitan Historic District, Pratt Mansions are some of the last available to rent for your special day. You can rent these for the day and night, so that your wedding party can get ready in the same place that the ceremony and reception will take place. These mansions have beautiful balconies and decorative buttresses that make for great photos. Inside, you’ll find intimate, warm, wood panel rooms, comforting fireplaces, subtle chandeliers and historical candelabras.


At 583 Park Avenue, the Grand Ballroom is a sight to see. Its circular ceiling with decorative skylight and chandelier is artistically rendered, and the large, carpeted, flexible space lends itself to being decorated exactly as you want it. For extra space, you can rent their Elegant Balcony as well. Or, if you want a more lounge-like space with the perfect dance floor, you may want to use their Arcade.



If you want historic paintings, architecture, and design at your wedding or reception venue, you should consider using the Reception Rooms at the Park Avenue Armory. Designed to reflect the Gilded Age, these six rooms can fit between 20 and 250 guests, so that no matter the size of your guestlist you’ll find space for everyone. If you want a huge, open, columnless space, they also have the historic Drill Hall spotlighting latticework truss.
